PDF files are preferred. Please make sure that all colors and images are converted to CMYK, all fonts are embedded and the size of the ad is correct before saving in PDF format. Always save with Acrobat 3.0 compatibility. If this is not done and problems occur with a PDF ad, Arkansas Business Publishing Group will not be held responsible.

Ads MUST be submitted as digital files via e-mail (ads@abpg.com), CD or FTP site. Please be sure your scans are high resolution (300 dpi) and not greater than 300dpi, 150 line screen, (200dpi , 100 line screen for Arkansas Business Weekly) and built as 4 color process (CMYK). Low resolution logos, truetype fonts, pictures pulled from websites or from printed materials are not acceptable. CD of products from manufacturers is recommended.

Files should be submitted as MAC formatted QuarkXpress 6.5 (or lower), PageMaker 6.5 (or lower), Adobe Illustrator 11.0 (or lower), Photoshop CS (or lower), or InDesign CS2 (or lower).Please be sure to inlcude all fonts and pictures. Microsoft Publisher and Corel Draw files WILL NOT be accepted.

Ads submitted which do not meet the above listed specifications will either be returned to the advertiser to correct or will incur digital production charges @ $65.00/hour. Tech support will also be billed @ $65.00/hour.

Printing Process: Web Offset Enamel. 4-color process inks are used. Although we strive to match our client’s color specifications no PMS inks are available.

Design, copy-writing and photography services are available should you need help creating that special ad.
